  • Ugo Malasomma

    Chairman

    Having graduated in Law in 1981, Ugo Malasomma began his career in corporate finance for industrial companies. In 1980 he founded Promos Srl, which later became Promos Sim Spa and then Banca Promos Spa. Having led the Company from its establishment, firstly as sole director and then as Chairman of the Board of Directors, he has also held a number of operational positions, gaining direct experience of market-related issues.
    In addition to his positions at Promos, he has also led a number of service, leasing and consumer credit companies, as well as providing corporate finance advisory services. He has also made himself available to provide training to bank staff on Italian and international financial markets.

  • Tiziana Carano

    Chief Executive Officer

    Public accountant and auditor, Tiziana Carano was engaged for many years in academic study and research in Naples and Rome. She took part to many seminars between 1991 and 1997 organised by the Faculty of Law and Banking Legislation of the Federico II University in Naples.
    She also joined a took part in a research group led by Professor Minervini at the University of Rome La Sapienza on "Stock market legislation in the 1990s". Tiziana Carano joined Promos in 1993 as an in-house consultant for accounting and administrative matters, then she took on responsibility for Organisation and Internal Control, to become head of the Legal Department.
    As a result of her solid academic background, she was appointed by the Board of Directors as a Director of Promos Sim SpA and then Chief Executive Officer of Banca Promos SpA.

  • Umberto De Gregorio

    Director

    Public accountant and auditor, after a short time working in service and finance companies, Umberto De Gregorio has been engaged in professional services in Naples since 1985.
    He holds positions in companies operating in various sectors (industrial, services, health, finance).
    He is a frequent advisor to the Court of Naples and was lecturer in financial markets legislation in 2002 at the specialist school of EU market law and economics at the Second University of Naples. He has written on tax-related matters for the Corriere del Mezzogiorno and currently writes for the Naples section of the newspaper La Repubblica.

    Independent Director

    Stefano de Stefano, public accountant and auditor, owns one of the oldest and most renowned professional firms in Naples. He has been providing advisory services for over thirty years to clients consisting of medium-sized industrial groups.
